Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using QRMax. These terms govern your use of our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QRMax ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. QRMax reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
QRMax provides QR code generation, management, and analytics services. The Service includes both free and paid tiers with varying features and limitations as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QRMax to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful links via QR codes; (c) infringe on intellectual property rights; (d) send unsolicited communications; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (f) use the Service to harm minors in any way.
5. Intellectual Property
QRMax and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QRMax and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant QRMax a license to use, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using QRMax, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
