Webhook delivery delays in EU region
A queue backlog in our Frankfurt region caused delayed webhook deliveries between 14:02 and 14:20 UTC. No events were lost; all delayed deliveries were retried successfully. Root cause: a misconfigured auto-scaling threshold after a planned deployment.
Brief analytics aggregation lag
Scan counts on the dashboard were delayed by up to 10 minutes for users on enterprise tier. The underlying ingestion continued normally. Fixed by restarting the aggregation worker.
Planned maintenance — DB upgrade to PostgreSQL 17
Scheduled failover to our read replica while the primary was upgraded. Write operations were paused for ~90 seconds during the actual switchover. No data loss.
