About this integration

Get instant Slack notifications when your QR codes are scanned, when campaigns hit scan milestones, or when team members make changes. Custom format and per-channel routing.

How it works

  1. 1Install the QRMax Slack app from the Slack App Directory or your workspace admin.
  2. 2Authorize the channels QRMax should be allowed to post to.
  3. 3Configure event filters in the QRMax dashboard — e.g. only for specific QRs or scan thresholds.
  4. 4Messages are posted in real time with rich previews and one-click links to the dashboard.

Setup

Click Add to Slack in Dashboard

Settings → Integrations → Slack → Add to Slack. You'll be redirected to Slack OAuth.

Pick channels

Choose which channels QRMax can post to. You can add more later.

Configure events

Select scan thresholds, milestone alerts, and which QRs trigger notifications.

Customize the format

Choose compact (one-line) or rich (multi-line with QR image) formats per channel.
